Lessons on Coursemate are delivered via short videos that focus on the core principles without getting lost in the detail. In addition to this, there are quizzes, notes and revision sessions that further assist the student to understand the material
All enrollments, require the completion of a brief application, which will ask for some personal information. If you are new to Coursemate, you will be required to set up an account before registering for the course of your choice. Enrollment to our courses is straight-forward, with no documentation required. Once enrolled in a course, a confirmation email will be sent, and then you will be able to commence with your learning at your own unique pace
Coursemate is an independent provider of tuition support. While our courses are aligned to the structure of the applicable university (e.g. Unisa), we are not in any way affiliated with any one university
Coursemate provides for multiple options for payment. There is an option for a subscription based payment plan as well as a once off up-front payment.
Coursemate does not assist in the preparation of assessment submissions. Our courses and revision sessions cover the material in a way that allows you to confidently tackle the assessments on your own. It would be unethical and ill-advised to submit work other than your own
Our videos are generally between 5 and 10 minutes long. This is done intentionally, to allow you to quickly consume the content wherever and whenever. We understand the time-constraints of the modern day student and tailor our courses to meet them at their level
No. The videos cannot be downloaded. They can be streamed as often as required, on the Coursemate platform, as long as subscription is valid
Yes. All of our lecturers have the requisite experience, both in practice and in academia, to effectively deliver the course assigned
Yes. Coursemate's videos and supporting material (including quizzes and notes), provide you with the necessary support to facilitate your success in the course. Where additional material is required, this will be communicated accordingly
